Registered Nurse – Inpatient - Night Shift - 3/12's

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Three 12-Hour Shifts
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care within the Inpatient Hospice Unit (IPU)
• Monitor and manage patient symptoms, pain control, and comfort measures throughout the night
• Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary Hospice team
• Support and educate family members during the patient’s Hospice journey
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure patient dignity, comfort, and quality of care at all times

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Georgia
• Hospice or Palliative Care experience preferred
• Will consider candidates with Med/Surg, Oncology, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care experience
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
