Join our client’s exceptional care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. This full-time position offers professional development opportunities, wellness programs, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Manage and deliver individualized hospice care plans.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patients’ needs are met.

Local Support: Provide compassionate care to patients in Glen Carbon and nearby areas.

Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet critical charting deadlines.

Schedule & Shift Details

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

On-Call:

1–2 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per month (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Two holidays per year.

Qualifications

Required

Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing.

Experience:

2+ years in hospice care.

Proficiency with EMR systems, including TruChart EHR.

Licensure: Active RN license in Illinois (IL).

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Agreement to on-call responsibilities.

Preferred

Providing your RN License Number is encouraged for faster processing.
