What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled and compassionate hospice nursing care in patient homes

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to develop personalized care plans

• Manage symptoms and implement comfort-focused treatments

• Offer families emotional support, clear communication, and patient education

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation to ensure seamless, quality care

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 support

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or palliative preferred)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• CPR certification and valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• A calm, compassionate presence and a passion for helping others

• Commitment to holistic, patient- and family-centered care
