Overview Join our team supporting clients on hospice services with compassionate, non-medical care at home. You’ll work alongside the client’s hospice clinical team to keep clients safe, comfortable, and supported while giving families respite.

Responsibilities (non-medical)

Companionship, calm presence, and family respite/sitting

Comfort-focused ADL support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence care

Repositioning/bed mobility per care plan; mouth care; linen changes; light housekeeping

Meal prep, hydration prompts, medication reminders (no administration)

Gentle routines, soothing activities, quiet overnight monitoring as assigned

Document simple shift notes in the app; observe & report changes to office/family

Current CPR; valid driver’s license & insurance; reliable vehicle

CNA or HHA for personal-care hospice support; companion-only roles also available
