Crest Palliative care, a growing hospice program, has an exciting opportunities for a Volunteer Coordinator. We serve San Antonio and the Hill Country. Our patients are in their Homes, Personal Care Homes, Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities.

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, and supports hospice volunteers, ensuring they are prepared to provide comfort, companionship, and practical assistance to patients and families. This role balances administration and heart—matching volunteer talents with needs, while fostering a culture of compassion and service.

Prior hospice experience is a plus. Excellent customer service, communication and administrative skills required.
