Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

Weekend On-Call Schedule: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM

Your Impact As our On-Call Hospice RN, you will:

• Respond promptly and compassionately to patient and family needs during on-call hours
• Provide skilled clinical care, symptom management, and emotional support
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
• Educate and reassure families through clear, empathetic communication
• Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation and effective handoffs

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN license in good standing (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
