    A Back Office Assistant oversees operational and administrative functions, ensuring efficient processes and compliance within the organization. An office assistant performs clerical and administrative tasks to support the office. Duties may include financial and administrative skills, data entry, answering phones, and organizing files. Responsibilities: • Data Analysis : Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service delivery. • Collaboration : Work closely with the team to support their operations and ensure seamless communication across departments. Qualifications: • Ability to communicate calmly and effectively. • Ability to problem solve. • Time Management skills • Software skills with MS Office Suite (email - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) • Confidentiality and professionalism Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
