    MSP Sales Representative

    We are looking for a high energy, driven individual to join our corporate sales team. In this role, you would actively reach out to companies, familiarize them with our suite of managed IT services, which are as follows: Managed IT services, Networking, Business Systems. You will be responsible for selling to small, mid-size and enterprise companies throughout the US, as well as analyzing and identifying target markets.

    Responsibilities

    · Contact potential customers via cold calling.

    · Generate new and repeat business by providing our services nationwide.

    · Schedule meetings with potential new prospects, identify needs and offer needed solutions.

    · Represent the company as needed.

    · Work cooperatively with sales staff to grow existing customers and cross-sell to existing clients.

    · Collect knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

    · Bond and rapport with new clients-5 Star Service Model.

    · Ensure smooth, timely, accurate initial client setups and service.

    · Track activities and successful leads through our CRM platform.

    · Follow-up with leads and close sales.

    · Must be willing to cold call.

    · Must have experience closing business, face to face and over the phone.

    · Experience in solution-based selling.

    · 1 to 3 years of related experience (inside or outside sales).

    · College or University degree (preferred, not required).

    · Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools-technical skills are a plus.

    Compensation:

    · $60,000 annual salary, with commission.

    · Commission %: MIT Projects 1.5% MIT Long Term 2%/.05%

    · Commissions paid the following month of collected revenue.

    · Commissions paid second pay period of every month.

    · Currently, associates are being paid bi-weekly.

    Paid Time Off:

    · PTO accrued at a rate of 1.25 per month.

    · Up to (5) PTO days can be carried over to the following year and must be approved by your direct supervisor.

    · Management approval needed for more than (1) week of consecutive vacation taken.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary: $60,000

    Potential 1st Year Income: $100,000+
