We seek a detail-oriented specialist who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary modifications that affect the hotel's bottom line by focusing on profitability. You will be in charge of overseeing payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance and at least three years of management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Review all reports from hotel properties • Analyze reports and report directly to CEO • Assist in overseeing and advising ways to improve expense controls for all hotel properties • Assist CEO with administrative tasks • Must be able to multitask Qualifications: • At least 3 years of prior hospitality experience, preferably at a full-service hotel • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Must have a high school diploma or GED; highly prefer a degree in finance or related field • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software Compensation: $50,000
