Proficient with social media content management system such as Hootsuite, Wordpress or similar CMS system
Proficient with Google Analytics
Advanced computer skills desired, but not required:
Familiarity with email marketing system such as Constant Contact, iContact, or Emma
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign
Familiarity with Photography: stills and video
Assist the Digital Marketing Director with all digital marketing efforts for this multi-million dollar company across over a dozen products and attractions; Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, Riverboat Louis Armstrong, Jean Lafitte Swamp and Airboat Tours, New Orleans On the Town Concierge, Natchez Grand Hotel, Monmouth Historic Inn and Suites, Chateau Saint Denis, New Orleans Tours, Big Easy Housing, and New Orleans Airport Shuttle.
Maintain web content consistent with SEO best practices and standards for all Hospitality Enterprises/bigeasy.com affiliated web pages.
Develop blog content consistent with brand standards.
Assist with monitoring and responsive engagement for all Hospitality Enterprises/bigeasy.com affiliated social media accounts including, but not limited to, bigeasydotcom, Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, Jean Lafitte Swamp and Airboat Tours, New Orleans On the Town Concierge, Natchez Grand Hotel, Monmouth Historic Inn and Suites, and Chateau Saint Denis.
Assist with management of SEM, SEO, and web content programs
Monitor and responsive engagement with digital customer service platforms including social media, Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc
Provide on-the-ground live coverage of special events when applicable.
Assist with drafting press releases and managing media lists.
