    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Hospitality Floral Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will use your existing network in SoCal restaurants, venues, resorts, and hotels generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals for recurring lobby flower installations. This commissioned sales rep job has no set hours, and is the ideal opportunity for well-connected SoCal hospitality professionals who want to add supplemental mostly-"passive" income without quitting their current job. It is purely commission based, and focused on recurring commission.

    Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers
    • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
    • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
    • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
    • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Previous experience in outside sales
    • An established network in the Southern California hospitality industry
    • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
