    Sosuite is a modern hospitality company reinventing the short,medium and long-term stay experience. We operate a growing portfolio of design-forward, tech-enabled properties across Philadelphia and beyond.

    Ledger Residences , located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, is one of our most dynamic properties. It features a mix of professionally designed short-term rental units, fully furnished residences with flexible lease terms, and unfurnished apartments with traditional leases. Whether residents are staying for a few nights or settling in for the long haul, Ledger combines the elevated service of a boutique hotel with the comfort and consistency of residential living. The property is fully operated and managed by Sosuite.

    Who We're Looking For

    • An Full Time Front Desk Agent.
    • Weekend availability is a must!
    • Someone able to work any shift between 8AM and midnight, although we try to keep shifts consistent, flexibility is a must.
    • Experience in hotel front desk or residential concierge roles are preferred.
    • Highly proficient with technology and software use.
    • Someone with a positive attitude - we lift our coworkers up and extend hospitality to everyone.
    • Someone with a presentable, composed demeanor, and a refined understanding of hospitality service.
    • Hospitality students - we can accomodate evening only shift requests (4pm-12am)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Full time W-2.
    • Starting pay: $18-$19 per hour depending on experience
    • Overtime pay: 1.5x on Sosuite's observed holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, MLK Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
    • Free parking onsite.

    What You'll Be Doing At Sosuite

    • Staff the front desk at an upscale mixed-use building.
    • Welcome long-term residents.
    • Assist short-term hotel guests with checking in, checking out, and guest services.
    • Provide standard concierge services such as package receiving.
    • Respond to guest requests with warmth and hospitality, delivering extra towels and similar services.
    • Utilize Sosuite's extensive software stack to assist Sosuite's remote Guest Experience Team.
    • Manage reservations, create charges, liaise with Field Operations and Housekeeping, and similar desk work.

    What You Need To Be Successful

    • Eligible to work in the United States.
    • A high degree of proficiency with software and mobile applications.
    • Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull required loads, including up and down several flights of stairs (usually about 50 lbs)
    • A positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
