About the Role: We’re seeking a General Manager to lead this exciting new concept. This individual will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring excellence in service, culinary execution, and team culture. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and values consistency, creativity, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of recent experience in a similar leadership role

Proven track record managing both front and back of house teams

Strong understanding of Toast - KDS & POS systems

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Passion for cultivating a supportive, positive, and professional work environment
