    NOTE: This is a hybrid position, the candidate MUST reside in Indiana. Ideally, Indianapolis or Bloomington.

    The Marketing Coordinator is a motivated, organized, and collaborative individual who will assist the Director of Marketing in executing all marketing and advertising efforts for a mid-side Hospitality Group. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with social media marketing, website management, media planning and sponsorship management, email marketing, loyalty and day-to-day marketing efforts as needed.

    Schedule

    Full-time employee, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Friday. May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

    Remote position with weekly or bi-weekly travel to our brands for photoshoots, content and meetings.

    Occasional overnight travel may be required.

    What we’re looking for in a dream candidate:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Hospitality

    Understanding of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram)

    Familiar with Adobe CC, Canva or willingness to learn

    Efficient, able to work at pace and thrive working across multiple initiatives

    Willing to cross over and participate in other departments within the company

    Radical accountability, a true self-starter that looks to solve problems

    Resourceful and committed to getting the job done in new and innovative ways

    A sincere desire to help build a brand and company

    Knowledge of the restaurant industry or firsthand experience preferred

    High level of attention to detail and extremely organized

    Experience with loyalty software, or similar marketing automation tool
