Job Posting: Hospitality Lead + Trainer (Part-Time)

Location: El Segundo, CA Hours: 10–15 hours/week (Can be as short as 4 hour shifts) Schedule: Flexible, required 2 Saturdays per month Compensation: $25–$35/hour depending on experience

The NOW Massage South Bay in El Segundo is seeking a warm, professional, and hospitality-driven leader to elevate our front desk team and guest experience. The Hospitality Lead is a key part-time leadership role, responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Observe, coach, and develop the Experience Guide (front desk) team

Ensure consistent guest check-in/check-out excellence

Provide in-the-moment feedback and post-shift coaching

Celebrate wins and support improvement opportunities

Follow up on both positive and constructive guest feedback (Yelp, Google, surveys, etc.)

Support hospitality standards and maintain alignment with The NOW brand values

Cascade new updates and information to the front desk team weekly

Ideal Candidate:

Has prior experience in hospitality, spa, or boutique wellness settings (Minimum 3 Years)

Has prior experience training employees

Is confident coaching individuals and giving performance feedback

Loves guest interaction and has a natural warmth and presence

Is organized, self-motivated, and a clear communicator

Understands brand consistency and elevating guest care through team performance
