We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities include:

General repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, etc.)

Preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas

Responding promptly to maintenance requests

Ensuring compliance with safety and property standards

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Ability to work independently and with a team

Must be dependable and available for weekends or emergency calls as needed
