Position Overview
A high-volume hospitality venue is seeking reliable and professional On-Call Banquet Servers to support events and special functions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and provide exceptional guest service.
Banquet Servers will assist with event setup, food and beverage service, and breakdown while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide attentive guest service throughout events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Assist with event breakdown and reset for future functions
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible, on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
