    Position Overview

    A high-volume hospitality venue is seeking reliable and professional On-Call Banquet Servers to support events and special functions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and provide exceptional guest service.

    Banquet Servers will assist with event setup, food and beverage service, and breakdown while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide attentive guest service throughout events
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
    • Assist with event breakdown and reset for future functions
    • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators
    • Adhere to company policies and service standards

    Qualifications

    • Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work flexible, on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude
    • Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
