    Job Description

    We are a team of finance, accounting, operations, marketing, and human resources professionals that work with the hospitality and entertainment industry. Our client partners range from local coffee shops to restaurants to California Cardrooms. Our goal is to be a full-service management support team so our clients can take the next step and spend time building their brands. As a rapidly growing company, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team.

    We are looking for someone with the ability to see the big picture, work with changing priorities, and creatively problem solve with your team. In this role, you will lead your finance team and interact daily with senior management, executives, and vendors to make strategic company decisions that will help drive our future.

    As our Finance Manager, your day may include:

    • Collaborating with other department leads to problem solve and develop new solutions.
    • Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
    • Being a liaison for employees (400+) on various payroll and financial processes.
    • Working with our CPA to prepare tax documents
    • Interacting with clients and vendors at various meetings and conferences throughout California

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 5-7 years of progressive hands-on experience preparing and interpreting financial reports including income statements and balance sheets
    • Experience planning and leading on-going team and client meetings
    • Advanced Excel and Quickbooks skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team to research, analyze, and develop financial information while maintaining flexibility with respect to changing priorities
    • Use of ADP (or other equivalent payroll software) a plus
    • CPA a plus
