    Job Description

    We are a team of finance, accounting, operations, marketing, and human resources professionals that work with the hospitality and entertainment industry.     As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for an in-house Project Coordinator to facilitate several ongoing projects ranging from construction/design for hospitality locations to interfacing with clients, our design team, property management, and landlords.

     

    As our Project Coordinator/Vendor Relations, here are some of the things you might do:

    • Be the primary liaison between the corporate office and all design, construction, and hospitality contacts to ensure information is relayed to key contacts and projects consistently move to completion..
    • Effectively manage staff and schedule their time based on project timelines while managing client expectations and multiple projects concurrently.
    • Maintain and build relationships with clients, vendors, and local agencies including negotiating subcontracts.
    • Develop cost and quality controls including daily progress updates along with photos
    • Support our executive team including coordinating meetings, putting on charity and company events, and managing various projects
    • Visiting client locations and meeting with clients and vendors to move projects to completion
    • Continually provide status updates on projects and a wide range of executive support related tasks
    • Interacting with industry leaders at various hospitality conferences throughout California and Nevada and be on top of trends and new products that we can share with our clients.

     

    ABOUT YOU:

    • You are reliable and your team can depend on you to handle tasks professionally and with confidentiality in all aspects of staff and business information.
    • You can think ahead and be personable and polite yet firm when necessary to get things done
    • You are a disciplined multi-tasker capable of effectively coordinating dozens of open projects at once without confusion or losing your cool.
    • You are extremely results-oriented and are known to ensure accurate, time, and complete products and/or services
    • You understand when to act independently with little direction and when to seek guidance
    • You have a "Can Do" attitude, are hard working, and can easily adapt to changes
    • You have a strong grasp of both "big picture" and the "detail" issues
    • You have a minimum of 2 years experience managing projects or assisting executive staff.
