Bistro Vendome is seeking an individual to fill the role of the host/hostess. Duties primarily include directing guests during service to an efficient and well-planned seating arrangement, providing an exuberant greeting and departing salutation, and managing the database of our reservation system (Open Table). In addition, responsibilities will include:

Ensuring guest satisfaction

Helping maintain email communications and phone calls

This position is best suited for someone who is outgoing, social, highly reliable, proficient on Open Table or other similar reservation systems, and who has had some experience in restaurants to understand service logistics and how to anticipate patron flow.
