    About Us At Two by Two Pet Support, managed by ABS, Inc., our mission is to support pet parents who want to provide the very best for their beloved companions. We deliver a highly professional support system that includes in-home euthanasia assistance, deceased pet pickup, cremation coordination, and safe transport for household pets. Operating under a mobile veterinary license, we are building a homegrown company with a vision for national growth.

    Position Summary

    The Host is a key member of the Two by Two team, assisting veterinarians during in-home services and ensuring safe, respectful pet transport.

    This role also supports daily operations and the creation of meaningful keepsakes for families, playing a critical part in the overall client experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate company vehicles in accordance with protocols • Provide safe, respectful, and timely pet transport • Assist veterinarians during in-home euthanasia services • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and readiness • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients • Create keepsakes using digital tools • Maintain equipment and supplies

    Qualifications

    • Experience in veterinary assistance, animal care, or pet handling preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift and move pets up to 70 lbs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Qualifications

    CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Experience in veterinary assistance, animal care, or pet handling preferred.

    Ability to lift and move pets weighing over 100 lbs.

    Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for pet owners.

    Work Environment

    This is a full-time role with bonus opportunities. Hosts work closely with veterinarians, clients, and fellow staff members to ensure the highest level of support and care for pets and their families.

    Compensation: $18.00 – $19.50 based on experience.

    Type of employment: Full-time.

    Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and a matching 401(k).

    Schedule: Monday–Sunday, flexible with potential overtime
