At Exit 4, guests walk in for incredible food — but they return because of how we make them feel. Our hosts and hostesses are the first hello, the warm welcome, and the heartbeat of the hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and a smile

• Manage the flow of the dining room during busy periods

assist with takeout, reservations

• Communicate with servers, managers, and the bar to keep service running smoothly

• Help create a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for

• Represent the Exit 4 brand with professionalism and personality

Who You Are

• Personable, positive, and comfortable talking to people

• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• A natural communicator who loves working with a team

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Weekend and evening availability

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we train great people
