Now Hiring: FOH Host / Hostess

Park 82 is looking for an experienced and friendly Front of House Host/Hostess to join our team!

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hosting experience in a restaurant setting

Must be familiar with OpenTable and comfortable managing reservations and waitlists

Must know how to take orders over the phone

Must be comfortable using Toast POS

Strong communication and guest service skills

Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week

Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude

Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable

Take takeout and to-go orders over the phone

Enter orders and manage checks using Toast

Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow

Maintain an organized host stand and accurate wait times

Provide excellent first and last impressions for our guests
