    The First-Impression Specialist (Host)

Listen, let’s be real. First impressions? They’re everything. When a guest walks through those doors, the first face they see sets the tone for the entire night. We need someone who understands the weight of that.

We’re looking for a First-Impression Specialist who knows how to handle a room without breaking a sweat. We need polish, discipline, and someone who knows the difference between "service" and "hospitality."

    The Role

You aren't just checking a list; you’re managing the flow. You see the big picture. When a regular walks in, they shouldn't have to say their name—you already got their favorite table warming up. When a walk-in comes in off the street, you make ‘em feel like they just found the best-kept secret in the city.

    What We Need

The Look: Sharp. Professional. You need to look like you belong in a room where important things happen.

The Smarts: You gotta read the room. If a table is lingering over espresso, you don’t push ‘em, but you keep the lobby moving. It’s a dance.

The Mouth: You speak well. You’re polite, you’re firm when you need to be, and you never let ‘em see you rattled.

The Memory: Names and faces. If you remember where the regulars like to sit, you’re already halfway there.

    How We Do Business

We take care of our own. You show up on time, you do the work, and you keep your head on straight. We don’t do drama, and we don’t do excuses. We do excellence.

Think you can handle the front of the house for us? Fill out the application below. If you’re in the area, it couldn’t hurt to drop your resume off in person (just sayin’). Once you've submitted this, send an email to ginositalianjoint@gmail.com with the subject: “I Know How to Handle Business”.

In that email, give us two things:

An example of a time you had to think quick on your feet to handle an escalated situation.

Why you feel you deserve to be at Gino’s instead of working for one of the "other guys."
