Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and making them feel at home
• Coordinate with the dining team to optimize table turnover and guest flow, maintaining a seamless service experience
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, assisting with reservation requests and general questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold our high standards of guest service
• Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods by managing waiting lists and communicating wait times effectively

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional guest interaction techniques
• Experience in hotel or guest services can be an added advantage for providing exceptional guest relations
