As a Host, you're the first face guests see at Inspiration Brewing Co. — setting the tone for their entire visit with a warm welcome and smooth, organized seating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome every guest as their first point of contact in the restaurant

Manage the server rotation to keep sections balanced and service flowing smoothly

Answer phone calls, take carryout orders, and enter orders accurately into the POS system

Use seating and reservation software to manage the waitlist and reservations

Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entryway

Communicate wait times clearly and manage guest flow during busy periods

REQUIREMENTS

No experience required; prior host experience preferred

Familiarity with seating/reservation software preferred (OpenTable a plus)

Comfortable answering phones and operating a POS system

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Friendly communication style and a team-first attitude
