• 😊 Greet guests with warmth

• 📲 Manage walk-ins & waitlist

• 📋 Seat guests efficiently (balance sections)

• 📞 Answer phones & help with take-out orders

• 🧼 Keep lobby & host stand clean

• ⏱ Provide accurate wait times

• 🤝 Support servers & managers during busy hours
