M.Bird is Tampa’s premier rooftop destination perched high above the iconic Armature Works, offering something rare: waterfront views, tropical craft cocktails, sharable small plates, and an atmosphere that transforms gracefully from sunset dinner to one of the most vibrant nights out in the city. A Three Oaks Hospitality concept, M.Bird exists in a world of its own, a deco-inspired rooftop where elevated dining meets high-energy nightlife, and every evening tells a story worth remembering.
As a Host or Hostess at M.Bird, you are the first chapter of that story. Before the first sip, before the first bite, before the skyline steals their breath — there’s you. You set the tone, hold the rhythm, and make every guest feel like they’ve arrived somewhere truly special. If you have the poise to command a busy floor, the warmth to make anyone feel welcome, and the instinct to anticipate what guests need before they ask, M.Bird is your stage — and the view from up here is worth every moment.
