    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests with a warm smile, provide prompt and courteous service, and thank them upon departure
    • Answer phone calls and manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
    • Seat guests efficiently following rotation guidelines; ensure tables are clean and menus are presented
    • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, guest safety, and seating availability
    • Communicate guest requests or dietary restrictions to the culinary team
    • Support servers and assist with guest needs as required
    • Perform opening, closing, and side duties; maintain a clean, organized host area
    • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
    • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    • Previous front-of-house experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
    • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Computer proficiency; experience with reservation systems like OpenTable
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team
    • Passion for hospitality and the food & beverage industry
    • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to stand/walk for long periods; lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.; frequent bending and reaching
