About the Role:

Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lively sports grill atmosphere where great food, good times, and memorable guest experiences come together. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience

Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating charts to ensure efficient table turnover

Communicate accurately with guests regarding wait times and table availability

Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner

Coordinate with servers and floor staff to maintain smooth front-of-house operations

Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

Previous hosting, customer service, or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred

Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be 18 years of age or older (preferred)
