About the Role:

Red Robin Burgers and Brews in Sherwood, OR is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! As the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable dining visit from the moment guests walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression

Manage waitlists and seating charts to ensure efficient table turns and guest flow

Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations with professionalism

Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, upbeat manner

Coordinate with servers and floor managers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations

Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for guest hospitality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Previous host or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining room

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
