What you’ll do (your setlist)
Own first & last impressions: greet with eye contact and a genuine welcome; thank guests on the way out.
Run the floor flow: manage the waitlist, quote accurate times, rotate sections fairly, and seat with intention.
Read the room: match energy to the moment, accommodate special needs, and solve small problems before they grow.
Communicate nonstop: sync with servers, bartenders, expo, and managers so pacing stays smooth.
Phones & to-go: answer phones, take clear messages, and help with to-go handoffs when needed.
Keep it tight: keep the lobby spotless, menus ready, high chairs/boosters clean, and bathrooms checked on cadence.
Champion Headliner Hospitality: help every guest feel seen and taken care of—like a VIP.
