Come join one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Lancaster, TFB Hospitality! Conway Social Club is our fine-dining concept that provides unique cocktails and food offerings in a relaxed, upscale environment. This role is pivotal to the guest experience and we are seeking some hospitality-focused individuals to join our passionate, knowledgeable team!

(Part-time 20-30 hrs per week)

Rate: $14 /hr plus tip share

Hours: TUES - SAT 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

-Maintaining an accurate floor plan through Resy

-Welcoming all guests into the Social Club

-Escorting customers to their designated seats

-Monitoring the flow of the dining room

-Maintaining the level of service throughout the night

-Supervising the ambiance of the room

-Assisting other front-of-the-house staff when needed

Requirements:

-Clean professional appearance

-Friendly and welcoming disposition

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Clear and professional communication skills

-Strong organizational skills

-Must be at least 21 years of age

-Must be RAMP certified (or willing to train)

-Must have reliable transportation for late-night Restaurant hours
