Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap

Lead the guests to a table or open bar seats

Manage server rotations

Manage reservations

Take To-Go orders and package To-Go orders

Keep Host area & Front Door area organized, clean & tidy

Be knowledgeable of weekly events and promotions

Keep all menus clean & current

Assist with table bussing and resetting tables

Follow safety and sanitation procedures

Answer incoming telephone calls and take messages

Thank departing guests and invite them back

Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements

Open availability with no schedule conflicts

Reliable way to get to work

Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment

Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
