Job Description
BACKGROUND:
The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. We are seeking one Coupa Analyst to augment the team.
The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
Possess experience with developing reports
Strong development skills in Coupa Analytics
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution
Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
Design and test assigned reports
Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
