About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing hostess to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables

Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area

Answer phone calls and take to-go orders

Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude

Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills

Must be at least 18 years old and have a friendly demeanor
