Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hot/Cold Kitchen Associate to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing, assembling, and serving both hot and cold food items while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble hot and cold menu items according to recipes and company standards.

Assist in food prep such as cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, slicers, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Monitor food quality and freshness, replenishing items as needed.

Support catering or event food preparation when required.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and assist in other tasks as directed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred.

Knowledge of basic cooking methods, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X lbs].
