As a Hot Tub Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our hot tub service department, responsible for diagnosing and repairing various issues with hot tubs, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively for our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on hot tubs and swimming pools, including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
Complete service calls in a timely manner, adhering to schedules and ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repair options and costs.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the service manager and other team members to ensure all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in hot tub service and maintenance.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Skill Requirements
1-2 years in hot tub and/or swimming pool service, repair, or maintenance is preferred.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
