  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Direct, lead, and execute brand plans that maximize the brand image, equity, and profitability while managing global supplier relations

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    BRAND STRATEGY (30%):

    • Participate in the Brand and business planning process 
    • Implement business strategies to achieve volume and profit targets
    • Provide clear executional direction to Sales Organization
    • Develop programs to grow brands’ market share within targeted markets (as necessary) 
    • Track KPIs and measure program effectiveness

    PROFITABILITY (10%):

    • Ensure A&P spend is prioritized against brand missions & relevant growth drivers
    • Develop and oversee optimum pricing strategy with sales force and suppliers to maximize profit and volume growth

    STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS (25%):

    • Work with Sales (incl. Distributor & Retail partners), Supply chain, Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans
    • Manage Agency relationships and deliver monthly and quarterly performance updates 
    • Work closely with CMO to develop brand strategy for US market that supports image & equity of brand

    LEADERSHIP (10%):

    • Influence cross-functionally and manage external agencies 
    • Ensure effective communication and alignment of brand & company goals
    • Manage A&P and T&E budgets
    • Be a leader and a brand champion across the organization
     
    
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCE

    • Marketing or Business Degree preferred
    • 6-8 years of brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or premium/lifestyle environment.
    • Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three –tier system is a plus.
    • Experience working in partnership with Sales required. 
    • Global Business relations a plus. 
    • Strong leadership, ownership, and communications skills.
    • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization, lead cross-functionally, and adapt to fast-paced, changing work environment. P&L management a plus.
