    Job Description

    Dept: Marketing

    Reports to: Vice President of Owned Brands

    Salary range: $90,000-$130,000 base

    This individual will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy and execution that supports marketing objectives and drives business growth, including:

    1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing plan.
    2. Producing and managing various forms of digital content, including text, images, videos, and animations, to support the goals of digital marketing campaigns, aligns with the overall marketing strategy, and is optimized for different digital platforms, such as social media, email, and websites.
    3. Measuring and analyzing the success of digital marketing campaigns.
    4. Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    5. Collaborating with brand managers to ensure digital marketing aligns with overall brand business goals.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business and/or Marketing
    • Minimum of 5+ years of digital experience, Beverage Alcohol industry experience a plus.
    • World-class digital acumen, specifically within U.S. spirits ecommerce.
    • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and digital conversion cycle to take shoppers from Awareness to Purchase.
    • Data and insight driven with ability to translate key insights into digital strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess ROAS and ROI across activities.
    • Strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening).
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced executional environment with a high tolerance for flexibility and ambiguity.
    • Strong team player and collaborator with the ability to drive results and vet out solutions working cross-functionally.
    • Positive “can do” attitude with a growth mindset.
    • Strong alignment to company culture and values – curiosity, passion, generosity, creativity and integrity.
    • Resourceful, creative and organized with ability to manage timelines and logistics

    • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; syndicated database experience (IRI or Nielsen) a plus.

    ** Additional Requirements / Other**

    • Flexibility to work occasional evening hours and weekends.
    • Travel up to 10-20% of the time.
    • Must be able to travel internationally.
