    How do I make an impact on my team?

    The Hotel Accounting Coordinator provides financial, clerical, and administrative support to the property’s Accounting and Sales team.

    Review, verify, and reconcile daily property revenue reports and postings.

    Audit front desk, restaurant, and outlet transactions for accuracy.

    Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.

    Prepare bank deposits and perform daily cash reconciliations.

    Assist with accounts receivable billing, collections, and posting of payments.

    Support month-end closing activities, partnering with the property accountant and completing account reconciliations.

    Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audits.

    What does success look like in this role?

    At least one or two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

    Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

    Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Lightspeed, PMS/POS systems)

    Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities

    Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

    Hospitality experience is a plus
