    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. This is a dual-property position responsible for leading sales efforts across two hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Engage with existing accounts regularly and manage ongoing sales opportunities through a CRM system. • Represent our brand at industry events, promoting brand visibility and establishing new business partnerships. • Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners to drive business growth. • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with hotel operations and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
