We are looking for a driven and skilled Hotel Area Sales Director to lead sales efforts across multiple properties. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, work to exceed revenue goals, and foster meaningful client relationships that align with our mission to raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. Responsibilities: • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility. • Engage with existing accounts regularly and manage ongoing sales opportunities through a CRM system. • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. Qualifications: • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written). • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary for business. • Hilton experience preferred Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
