We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Actively participate in local market sales efforts, including on-site visits, presentations, and networking events. • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth. • Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).
