We are looking for a driven and skilled Hotel Area Sales Director to lead sales efforts across multiple properties. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, work to exceed revenue goals, and foster meaningful client relationships that align with our mission to raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. Responsibilities: • Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients. • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth. • Represent our brand at industry events, promoting brand visibility and establishing new business partnerships. • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Actively participate in local market sales efforts, including on-site visits, presentations, and networking events. • This position requires up to 80 %+ travel. Qualifications: • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business. • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written). • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to travel 80 %+ of the time. Compensation: $70,000+ Bonus Eligibility
