Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, driven, and guest-focused Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our dynamic team. The AGM will support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast service.
Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards.
Monitor and analyze operational performance to meet or exceed revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction goals.
Support hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to maintain adequate coverage and high morale.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Assist with financial controls, inventory management, and cost containment.
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hotel supervisory or management experience, preferably in branded select-service or limited-service hotels.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certifications a plus.
