    We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager with enthusiasm and a positive life outlook to hold a responsible position in our fast-paced hotel.

    The successful candidate will have open availability, including some evenings and weekends, and be willing to work a fluctuating schedule of 45 hours a week as business demands.

    Previous hotel and/or office experience is a plus.

    Excellent customer service skills are required, including problem resolution and proactive communication skills.

    The AGM is responsible for hiring front desk and breakfast associates and supervising them. This includes interviewing, on boarding, training, discipline, and termination if necessary.

    The person in this position will assist with day-to-day operations of the hotel in all areas which at times can be stressful.

    General knowledge of Quickbooks and chargeback procedures are preferred, but the ability to learn is acceptable.
