Responsibilities: • Assist general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel in maintaining all standards of guest service • Ensure that all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, as well as any corporate or brand-established policies and practices, are followed • Collaborate with department heads and the general manager to develop an annual budget, and assess performance throughout the year, making modifications as needed to preserve profitability • Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations • Empower the human resources department to increase efforts for turnover management, employee motivation, and employee growth and retention by providing support Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in a hospitality role, is required • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $55,000
