As our assistant general manager, you’ll be the right hand to the GM, helping run the daily operations of this iconic property. This is a year-round, hands-on leadership position, and for the right candidate, single-occupancy housing is included. You’ll lead with energy and enthusiasm, coach and support our team, and make sure every guest leaves with lifelong memories. You’ll problem-solve, keep things running smoothly, and bring our playful, welcoming spirit to life — all while growing your career with a team that values integrity, collaboration, and hospitality soul. Responsibilities: • Assist general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel in maintaining all standards of guest service • Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations • Lead daily hotel operations, oversee and audit reservations, and foster team communication. • Train, coach, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service. • Oversee ordering, expenses, employee housing, social media, and operational efficiency. • Respond to guest and employee concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure the property is clean, welcoming, and on-brand. Qualifications: • Prior hotel management experience. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure. • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and hotel systems. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
