Benefits • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant Qualifications: • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality • Experience with mixology and building new recipes and techniques • TN ABC License Required Compensation: $8.25 - $18 hourly
